HELPFUL HINTS FOR BETTER SEALING
Single-Strip Efficiency
Always try to seal boxes with one continuous strip of tape across the main seam to maximize efficiency.
Upgrade to Save
If you find yourself using two parallel strips of 2" tape, consider upgrading to a 3" width tape or a thicker Industrial Mil (3.6 Mil). This can reduce labor time and lower material costs.
Width Selection Rule
- 2" Tape: Ideal for boxes 15" wide or less.
- 3" Tape: Recommended for boxes over 16" wide, underfilled RSC boxes, overstuffed boxes or difficult-to-adhere surfaces.
